I think soon I will be releasing a version of it to <a href=\"http:\/\/cpan.org\/\">CPAN<\/a>. I am not too sure of what the module should be named as of yet. I am thinking possibly <code>Archive::OPC<\/code> since it is a packaging format (it is actually a ZIP file with a specific file layout).<\/p>\n<p>Many Microsoft formats are using this convention and it is a standard (ISO\/IEC 29500:2008 and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecma-international.org\/publications\/standards\/Ecma-376.htm\">ECMA-376<\/a>) for anyone to use if they wish.
